How long does shipping take?

All in stock orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped out within 2-4 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking email notification so you can follow your package all the way to your door. Most deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days but can take longer depending on USPS service.

We have also partnered with and many U.S. orders will be shipped out with Prime expedited shipping! If your order qualifies you will receive a notification from Amazon with your shipment and delivery details. 

International orders (outside of the U.S.) will ship out within 2-4 days, but typically take 10-21 days to arrive due to international shipping regulations and customs.

When will I receive tracking information?

Once shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. 

If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us!


Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from either our headquarters in Seattle, Washington or from an Amazon warehouse closest to the order destination to ensure fast delivery. 


How can I track my order?

We've set up an automated tracking system that will notify you that your item has shipped.  


I only received part of my order.

Items will occasionally ship separately at no additional cost. Each package will be assigned a tracking code and you will be notified via our automated tracking system if this is the case for your order.  


Is my personal information private and secure?

As a customer of Pilot Active, we want you to rest assured that you will experience the highest industry standards for payment processing. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process and your payment information is only used for the current transaction and is never stored.
